How do you ensure the fruits are fresh?

Every fruit in our collection is hand-selected by Jennifer or her trained team. We use cold-chain logistics from farm to door, ensuring optimal temperature throughout the journey. Most of our fruits are picked within 24-48 hours of delivery. We'd rather sell out than sell something that isn't at its peak.
Can I customize my fruit subscription box?

Absolutely! Our subscription boxes come in three sizes (Small, Medium, Large) and you can set preferences for fruit types, exclude allergens, and even add special requests. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time β€” no commitment required.
What if I receive damaged or unripe fruit?

We stand behind every piece of fruit. If anything arrives damaged, overripe, or not meeting expectations, simply snap a photo and reach out to us. We'll either replace it in your next delivery or provide a full refund β€” no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for restaurants?

Yes! We work with several restaurants, bakeries, juice bars, and catering companies in the Bay Area. We offer competitive wholesale pricing with dedicated delivery schedules. Contact us with the "Wholesale / Partnerships" subject and we'll set up a tasting session.
Are your fruits organic?

Many of our fruits are certified organic, and all of our partner farms follow sustainable, low-pesticide farming practices. Each product on our shop page is clearly labeled with its sourcing details and certifications. We prioritize quality and sustainability above all else.
How does same-day delivery work?

Place your order before 11:00am and we'll deliver the same day between 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Orders placed after 11:00am are delivered the next day. You'll receive a text notification with a 30-minute delivery window so you know exactly when to expect us. Free for orders over $35!
